As part of PorchPass's knowledge transfer and documentation initiative, Nick created interactive data journey diagrams that visually trace how critical data elements flow through the entire enterprise data platform.
The Borrower Name Data Journey traces the lifecycle of borrower identity data from initial loan origination through servicer systems, SFTP ingestion, Bronze/Silver/Gold processing layers, and final output in investor-facing reports. The Payment Transaction Data Journey similarly maps the flow of payment data through collection, reconciliation, and remittance reporting.
These diagrams serve dual purposes: (1) operational documentation for the engineering team inheriting the platform, and (2) due diligence materials for institutional investors evaluating PorchPass's data governance maturity during Series B.
